From the humble beginnings of a sole trader, to becoming one of the leading providers of window cleaning services in Norwich; Window Cleaner Ben & Co are very well known for offering a reliable, friendly and efficient and personalised service.
The team have grown to eight window cleaners and counting, servicing an impressive collection of clients including prominent city-centre professional services companies, leisure facilities, retailers and exclusive residential homes.
Client Requirements.
With work flooding in and the inevitable increase in admin work, the team at Window Cleaner Ben & Co needed to capitalise on their long-term customer relationships and have a system to collect client feedback consistently.
Sending WhatsApp messages to clients was not only proving cumbersome, but delivered limited results.
Ben wanted reviews to be collected on their Google Business Profile and Facebook reviews, as well as a specific requirement of a custom integration for collecting reviews on Norfolk Trusted Trader.
They didn’t just want a smooth process for collecting client feedback, he wanted a process that focused his team to work even harder on the relationships of the clients they served.
This would allow them to not only deliver training to any team members that might need help, but also showcase their great work to future prospects.
The Solution.
The vast majority of their client interactions were face-to-face, which gives them the advantage of obtaining feedback when their customer is at their happiest, namely, when the customer sees their shiny new windows.
As well as integrating our links into their CRM, we created custom NFC Cards, which they present to clients after each job completion, simply by asking for a quick ‘tap of the phone’ from the customer.
We also integrated two of our review widgets on the Window Cleaner Ben & Co website, allowing them to showcase their latest reviews and for all their prospects and website visitors to see in real-time. Now that’s social-proof!
All requests, whether via their QR Code review stickers, SMS or email review requests, drive traffic to their custom review landing page, allowing customers to then choose their preferred feedback platform.
