Norwich Print Solutions are a much-loved, family run business, established in 2005 and owned and managed by husband and wife team, Pippa and Mark Redmond. Together they boast over 60 years’ experience in print and are very well known for offering a reliable, personalised service, with excellent quality at the right price point.
Having invested in new products and an even greater portfolio of print products, Norwich Print are now one of the largest, most comprehensive design and print companies in the eastern region.
Client Requirements.
Without a previous mechanism to collect and grow their feedback, Norwich Print were looking for recommendations as to how they could easily collect client reviews from their ever-expanding customer base.
Having previously just asked clients over the phone or via email when they remembered, Norwich Print needed a multifaceted approach, allowing them to request feedback in a variety of ways.
The Solution.
As a print company, the vast majority of their client interactions were not face-to-face. But they do still have the advantage of obtaining feedback when their customer is at their happiest, namely, when the customer receives and opens their shiny new print product.
We created custom QR Code review stickers, which are strategically placed on every print product sent out, enabling a quick scan from the customer.
We also integrated our review widgets on the Norwich Print website, allowing them to showcase their latest reviews for all their prospects and website visitors to see in real-time, how much their service is loved by their current customers. Now that’s social-proof!
All requests, whether via their QR Code review stickers, SMS or email review requests, drive traffic to their custom review landing page. allowing customers to then choose their preferred feedback platform.
