Formed in 2023 and based in Norwich, UK, Novatide Electrical has a background in various sectors including Automotive with the likes of Rolls Royce, Jaguar and Land Rover; numerous UK Airports and nationwide retail chains.
Our client started the business using their extensive contact network and had grown a reputation among their fellow trades of providing a professional and reliable service for elcetrical contracts, solar installation for homes and businesses, EV installations to name but a few.
Client Requirements.
Novatide Electrical had amassed a plethora of happy customers but had no process to capture their feedback, along with limited experience and understanding of how to grow an online presence.
They needed to maximise their local online presence to its full potential; to reach more clients, establish credibility, and streamline their processes for capturing public facing feedback in order to demonstrate to prospects their expertise and credibility in their field.
The Solution.
With a full installation on the Revyoo platform, we created and optimised their Google Business Profile and supplied them with Custom NFC Cards for capturing customer reviews face-to-face.
For review requests post-installation, they used our email and text review request functions, along with their dedicated QR Codes for marketing collateral including business cards and stickers left on their electrical installations; driving review requests to their Novatide Electrical custom review landing page.
