Founded in 2001 with just one van, Metro Rod Norwich has grown substantially. Their team operates an impressive fleet of 17 specialist vehicles, including a combination tanker, making us a trusted name in drainage and plumbing across Norwich.
Using state-of-the-art vehicles, they safely and efficiently handle the vacuuming, transportation, and disposal of liquid waste like sewage, sludge, grease, and wastewater. These services meet the needs of commercial and industrial clients throughout Norwich.
Client Requirements.
Metro Rod are extremely proud of the service they’ve been providing to happy customers throughout Norwich since 2001; and capturing their feedback was always an important part of their customer service strategy, allowing them to adjust staff training according to responses they received.
Their previous solution was simply sending text messages to clients after the job was finished.
Metro Rod Norwich needed a multifaceted approach, allowing for feedback to be obtained easily, particularly when the client is at their happiest; more often than not, when the job is first completed.
The Solution.
With a full installation on the Revyoo platform, we supplied them with Custom NFC Cards for capturing customer reviews face-to-face.
For review requests after job completion, Metro Rod send text review requests from our platform, with triggers to resend those requests if no response has been received. All requests, whether via NFC Cards or SMS send traffic to their custom review landing page.
