Client Requirements.
Dragonfly Flooring had previously only occasionally asked customers to review them or get feedback when they had remembered.
They had various platforms that required feedback, including Google and local authority Trusted Trader websites.
Dragonfly Flooring needed a system to easily capture the sentiment from their growing reputation, either through their customer management tools, or ideally when their customers were face to face with them.
The Solution.
As well as creating their Custom Review Landing Page on the our platform, we supplied Custom NFC Cards for capturing customer reviews face-to-face.
For review requests after job completion, and due to their busy schedule; Dragonfly utilise our Email Review Request tool on a weekly basis using the bulk customer upload function, with triggers to resend requests if no response has been received; allowing for minimal admin time spent capturing feedback if it wasn’t possible in front of customers.
